At Fanie's Fishroom, we will do our very best to ensure that all lifestock are healthy and without defects. We want to ensure that our customers receive quality fish. We ONLY ship livestock on Mondays - Wednesday to outlaying areas via The Courier Guy's overnight service. We also use Airlink Cargo for fast and safe transport to areas such as Durban, Port Elizabeth, Cape Town and Bloemfontein. Please take note that we cannot take liability for livestock after it left our premises for various reasons. However, each case deserves its own merits and will be dealt with accordingly. SHIPPING Shipping of orders will take affect only after payment reflects in our account. However, we only ship to outlaying areas Mondays to Wednesdays as we fear that due uncontrolled situations, parcels may stay over weekends in a warehouse, that will be fatal for livestock. We use The Courier Guys same day delivery option for Johannesburg and Pretoria. In extreme cases, fish may stay over in a warehouse, but we try our best to ensure the safety of your fish. CHARGES Same day delivery R120 (Johannesburg and Pretoria) Depending on weather conditions, a carton box is used for packaging at no additional costs. Should we use polystyrene containers, cost thereof will be for the clients account. National overnight charges are dependant on container size and weight as per The Courier Guy's pricing. All packaging is done using polystyrene containers and heat packs if required. Cost thereof will be for the clients account.
