Echinodorus cordifolius Ovalis, the Spade-leaf sword or Creeping Burhead, is a species of aquatic plants in the Alismatales. It is native to Mexico, the West Indies, Central America, South America and the south-eastern United States it is a big plant that can form a centrepiece in the aquarium, creating a focal point to draw the attention of even the most casual of passers-by to the tank.
